Health Risks in This Century
Health risks in this century are from crazy diets to lack of sleep, and pharmaceutical cornucopias make your health compromised on a daily basis. The unseen side of the health risks in this century is our lifestyle. An epidemic of diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity, auto-immune issues, and other chronic conditions are the natural outcome of our life choices. What can be done beyond dieting and medication? Everyone on this planet is at risk unless they consciously think outside the mainstream mentality.
The goal is to keep or restore youthful function before accelerated aging occurs. There is disseminated information on just this, but basically it has to fight the current mode of thinking, which is there is a clinically proven and effective pill for most conditions. How do you fight back when so call studies assure you that the experts have done double bind studies on it? Well for one you just have to look at the epidemic of disorders to realize that the results of all the medical intervention does not product optimal health and well being. When you are just a pill short of the opportunity to relieve what ever health problem you have, you are ultimately pills away from the opportunity to live differently to restore your own health.
The ultimate health risk in this century is not having the opportunity to let nature guide you, and transition to the extreme power, and opportunity to design a natural lifestyle. We can not say it enough times output comes from input. The pharmaceutical solution is covering the output with medication. What this does is take away our responsibility, by taking away our inner strength. Our power is what gives us our strength, protection, adaptability, and function, this power is unique to each of us. One pill and one test can not determinate what we individually need; our body adapts though its own guidelines. We are not one pharmaceutical formula away from perfect or even good health.
The solution is personal, and we are at the eye of the storm. The health risks of this century are going to change the way we view our health, our planet, and our survival. We are at a junction and we will see we can’t be at two places at once. Our trust is in ether a chemical pharmaceutical way of life, or a more natural initiative, that we power, not some corporate giant.
