What Accelerates Aging?

Phosphates

The newest research published in the Federation of American Societies for Experimental Biology Journal (FASEB) shows that high levels of phosphates in soda accelerates the signs of aging. High phosphate levels can increase the severity of chronic kidney disease and cardiovascular calcification, and induce severe muscle and skin atrophy.

“Humans need a healthy diet and keeping the balance of phosphate in the diet may be important for healthy life and longevity,” stated M. Shawkat  Razzaque, M.D,, Ph.D. from the Department of Medicine, Infection and Immunity at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine. “Avoid Phosphate toxicity and enjoy a healthy life.”

Gerald Weissmann, M.D., Editor-in-chief of the FASEB Journal said “This research suggests that our phosphorous balance influences the aging process, don’t tip it.”

We are a world in motion trying to innovate through technology to empower people. The only ones becoming empowered are the food manufactures, pharmaceutical companies, and medical industry. We wind up with the diet sodas to help keeps us slim, processed food devoid of life giving properties, chemical solutions, and medical procedures in the beauty business that do little to support our overall health.

Sugar

Sugar triggers a natural process called glycation, which is the same chemical reaction that turns meat brown when you cook it. The sugar bind with tissues to form harmful molecules, called advanced gycation end products (AGEs) good abbreviation for what it does. It damages the elastin and collagen, the two things your skin needs to stay supple and elastic. At the same time AGEs also damage the kidneys, brain and other essential organs.

A 2007 study in the British Journal of Dermatology found that sugar’s effects on the skin begin to show at about age 35 and become more pronounced as you get older. No wonder that cosmetic procedures are being used at younger and younger ages.

The obvious culprits like soda, pastry, cake, and candy cause damage, but so do foods with high glycemic index, like white bread, pasta, potatoes, and highly processed foods. These foods are quickly converted to sugar. AGEs make the skin more susceptible to sun damage, which then in turn accelerates the gycation process. Chips and french fries have been chemical damaged in the processing and will supply you with AGEs which will compound the problem.

Natural Anti-Aging

All natural anti-aging strategies will protect you from visible signs of aging, while keeping you healthy. There is overwhelming evidence that these methods protect you inside and outside.

The pros are that what is outlined here works; the cons are that it requires change. We have a beauty business in America that relies on solutions that are pharmaceutical, and medical. What that really says we are using technology for what we neglected to do naturally.

The ideal lift comes from inside and out, and it will do more than the visible face contour lifting. which is a sort after procedure. Back to basics means firming and remodeling the skin from within. That is a both a way to rejuvenate your outward appearance while energizing your body.

To achieve both health and a youthful appearance, it is essential to avoid certain substances, and add others. The ones you need are the foods that supple abundant vitamins, minerals, and enzymes. These counteract the damaging effects on tissues, and retard aging.

Plenty of vegetables, fruits, protein, and the right fats will reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease, cancer, diabetes while keeping you looking young. You reflect what you consume, in other words today’s breakfast, lunch, and dinner could be tomorrows look.

Anti-Aging Strategies

STRATEGIES

Our idea of anti-aging strategies is to take aggressive steps to repair the damage of time, using commercial preparations, surgical procedures, and fad diets, and relying on many unproven approaches. While this may seem to improve our appearance, it does little to slow the chronological years from taking its toll, it has little bearing on our overall health. Good nutrition and weight loss are at the front line of any anti-aging program. Living healthy is the nearest you can come to looking and feeling younger than your age.

HEALTH

The conditions that affect your health, also effect how you age, and are associated with lifestyle choices. The goal is to analyze the conditions, which are applicable to keeping a youthful appearance even with advancing age, which include hydration, collagen formation, elasticity of the skin, and muscle tone. The essential nutrients are readily available; there is an abundance of ways to slow the hands of time that will improve your health, while improving your appearance.

There are examples of people that defy aging, with little or no help from the medical establishment. There are creams that will reverse the signs of aging, but these are not going to dramatically improve your appearance, because your appearance is reliant on what is going on inside the body. Beauty is an inside job, and no amount of restoration work will change that. Unfortunately, a pill is not available for this.

The biochemistry of health and the restoring of youthfulness is product of a healthy diet, exercise, stress reduction, and a lower amount of calories. Regardless of your age, you will reflect the choices you make in your appearance. Maintaining your health is one of the best investments you can make to achieve long lasting beauty.

WELLNESS

The wellness revolution has changed the way people age; we look younger than previous generations, due to many factors. Advanced knowledge of nutrition, and breakthrough discoveries of the nutrient value of the right foods; preventive healthcare is a new concept that is catching on. What you do to prevent aging is an invaluable tool, to achieve optimal health, and longevity.

NUTRITION

Nutrition is the core of any good anti-aging program. Remarkable anti-aging effects are found in an abundant source of dietary compounds found in specific foods. The consumption of fruits and vegetables provide a broad spectrum of naturally occurring nutrients. This is significant, because it will supply critical components to maintain a variety of functions necessary for good health.

There is evidence that compounds found in plant foods have an immune-stimulatory effect.  Additionally, reported improvements in energy, sleep, blood sugar, blood pressure, and optimal brain function make it of tremendous importance. To meet all of your nutritional needs is apparently a step to achieving the anti-aging benefit, it is a wise investment to protect your health and increase your quality of life.

Eating a lot of greens, and fiber from plants means you can eat a large volume of food with low calorie value. The amount of calories you get from this type of diet is much lower than what you normally consume.

CALORIE RESTRICTON

Calorie restriction is the consumption of a low calorie nutritionally balanced diet. This enables people to stay healthy longer. What do fewer calories mean to you?  Studies have shown that eating fewer calories over the long haul can lower your risk of many disorders. Calorie restriction has been researched and validated as a method to retard ageing.  It’s only recently in our evolution that we’ve had free access to food.  We may be suffering from something called calorie poisoning. A nutrient dense low calorie diet is one of the best anti-aging strategies.

KEY TO LONGEVITY

By fighting back to stay young, you may have unlocked the key to longevity. Anti-aging means better cognitive and motor function. This means the anti-aging effects of a healthy lifestyle positively affect your brain, vision, hearing, vitality, and libido. The only way to improve your appearance, which is associated with rejuvenation, is through lifestyle changes. The natural methods can help reverse a lifetime of neglect.

On yourhealthupdates.com we will show you how to feel, and appear younger from the inside out, without drugs. Achieving health is something that is an individual effort, and one that translates into an anti-aging strategy.

Food is American’s Past Time

Food is American’s past time; eating anytime day or night. From fried pastry, to bright colored confections, neon colored concoctions, and chemically altered products packaged for ease of use. I call it a spectator sport, since it requires little action, except sitting around viewing the next morsel to get past our lips.

This is the past time of people that have little else to do, but contemplate their next meal. Americans are overwhelmed, overworked, and stressed. Guess what we think the answer is, to indulge in some food ritual, such as a few drinks to unwind, caffeine beverage to perk up, some sweet reward, and to topple the scale at some ungodly weight. We always contemplate our next morsel either as a reward, an energy boost, or as a mindless activity to pass the time on a tedious project.

Then after indulging in that for years, we search for the fountain of youth at the hands of some knife wielding health professional, for thousands of dollars. Ouch that is too strong of a statement, especially since we have the ability to achieve youth though technology. Also, we have the ability to age through the poor nutrition that we as a nation consume. In fact if I made my money though these surgical methods, I would fund the food industry.

In our obsession with youth and beauty we use just about every sharp instrument know to man to achieve a young healthy look. The one tool we do not use that is right at our disposal is our mouth, the great garbage disposal. So even though it may look like one of our newer past times is in correcting every cosmetic flaw, it really lies in our ability to shove anything with color and flavor into the jaws of decay and disability. That is the place that our bad genes seem to appear out of nowhere, producing havoc with our health

What youth depends on are vital energy, good collagen, a well functioning lymphatic system, and great circulation. It is hard to see that the lack of a youthful appearance is the lack of sutures, and pulled ligaments. I guess you can call me unenlightened in the new most advanced technology, which can suck the fat out of your thighs, as if it does not depend on both your body type, your food intake or you moving those muscles.

When the mouth exercises discretion than and only then will you be practicing the great American Pastime in a wholesome manner. Meanwhile the time is ticking and the choice of foods soon will resemble nothing that we recognize. Unless we show some discretion in how we indulge in the great America pastime eating everything is sight, the hands of time will make an indelible mark on our appearance.
