Pain Management

Pain management is a diet related issue. Since we are talking about pain and not fat, you probably are wondering how this would apply. Well this is why we make a case for correcting how you perceive pain management. When you are having pain you usually are having an inflammation response to some hidden culprit that is exacerbating the condition. When your body is out of balance inflammation is rampant and a whole host of responses happen when you introduce an offending food.

Sugar

Sugar alone is responsible for an inflammatory response, and will quickly add to environment that causes a chronic, smoldering response that will bring about pain. Claims about the relationship of a food and the risk of a reaction usually mean to most people a food allergy. However, to an alternative practitioner food is looked at as a prescription for either a way to improve, or a way to add waste products that cause pain.

Acidic Waste

Paying attention to pain mean looking at it as a warning system that something is wrong. It is telling you what you are putting into your system a fuel that is not being used as energy, but being stored as acidic wastes. Most people think of food as just food, not a substance that can  lead to discomfort and pain.

Chronic Pain

Chronic pain rehab consists of many things, which will be good to strengthen the muscles, ligaments, and proper function of all systems. With that there has to be diet accountability, because that is the fuel that will propel the muscles and cool down the inflammation response. One bite can’t hurt you, reminds me of the advice to have everything in moderation. The problem is that on the list of all things in moderation you will find some substances that are toxic to your nervous system, and literally used to clean rust, and as rat poison. Yes, that is in our food supply, and believe it or not it is in substances considered treats.

That means it is what we lovely indulge our children with, and give to people who are not allowed sugar because of insulin resistance. They are chemical concoctions that are prevalent in our food supply. Many times sugar substitutes are recommended in diet plans, this is not wise, here is where one bite can’t hurt, proves to be false.

Chronic Pain

REASONS FOR CHRONIC PAIN

Chronic pain is a problem that exists for many reasons, and some of them have very little to do with the injury. Pain and discomfort are the way your body reacts to various stresses. It can be and usually is an inflammation that brings the on the pain. People addicted to pain medicine are many time participating in the process, by their eating habits, weight problems, posture, exercise routine or lack of.

LIFESTYLE ISSUES

PRESCRIPTIONS

Millions of people take prescriptions for chronic pain called [nsaid’s] and can encounter a myriad of problems. Pain pills are addictive, and have toxic side effects.

INFLAMMATION

Much of the miseries of age-related pain, including arthritis are the inflammatory processes at work. A lifetime of exposure to substances that are known to cause oxidative stress will cause inflammation. Many nutrients protect us from oxidation stress and inhibit the inflammatory response.

DIET

Dietary control is one of the first lines of defense in what we call chronic pain. When you overwhelm the body with things that cause the body to react in a way the produces joint stiffness, muscle soreness, arthritis, osteoporosis, cardiovascular problems, and age-related decline you have a chronically elevated production of the inflammatory reactions. Putting it all together causes the inevitable cascading events that will lead to both chronic health problems and the pain associated with it.

STUCTURAL

The key here is to offset the structural alterations that occur as we age that can lead to discomfort, pain, and loss of mobility. These changes are a reflection of lifetime activities. Exercise that build muscles help align the body’s structure.

NUTRITIONAL SUBSTANCES

There are inflammatory mediators that help preserve the cells integrity. It is crucial to avoid impaired immunity, and to optimize, and utilize the proper nutrients. There is nutritional substatances that calm the inflammatory process. These would include vegetables, fruits, herbs, and omega 3 fatty acids.

Natural methods are so much more effective than prescription pain medication. Combating the pain of arthritis means stopping the inflammation, not turning to something to cover or dull the pain. Pills do not produce wellness; good nutrition will speed up recovery from injury, and prevent the multiple factors that cause joints to wear out.

What you need to know is not the name of some new pain medication, but the benefits of proper nutrition, and conditioning. Building a better tomorrow means building a better body, though nutrition. This will help you kick your chronic pain to the sideline.

Diet Related Cause of Pain

Diet related causes of pain are often overlooked. Diet has the distinction of being one of the least understood causes of disease, by the medical profession. Food is perceived as anything you can shove down your throat without backing up. The other misconception is that you can do this for a lifetime, from infancy to old age.

Food categories, such as those on the food charts are usually useless. The problem is that the food charts are considered authoritative, trusted, comprehensive lists with what is considered critical and indispensable information. It has influential our diet choices, while at the same time it is not credible advice; it is based on bias information. To just about anyone in the health and wellness field, the guild is not the most comprehensive evaluation of our nutritional needs. The chart is not stand alone material; it has not helped the population achieve any amazing degree of health.

The information that is gives is very general and based on the standard American diet, which is lacking in essential nutrients. The food chart is recognized by Americans as the official recommendations of the U.S. Department of Agriculture and supported by the Department of Health and Human Services. It needs to be systematically overhauled. These are the Dietary Guidelines for Americans, a country that provides poor dietary choices for the population.

This debate is one of the most significant, in our culture today. The information that is circulating impairs our understanding of the connection between health, performance, cognitive ability, aging, chronic conditions, and all health related conditions. We are conditioned to think that the standard medical protocol for treating any impairment is the best that there is. Just like our dietary choices can be dangerous to our health so can the immune-suppressing properties of our pharmaceuticals.

The diet related cause of pain is two parts; the first is it can set us up for chronic health conditions from joint problems, arthritis, diabetes, gum and tooth problems, and cardiovascular. Every one of these conditions can cause discomfort and pain. This is without naming auto-immune conditions that come with their own set of problems. The second part to the equation is that our diet causes an inflammatory response, which is what causes the discomfort or pain. It is a know fact that people may have herniated disks without pain, while others are in agony.

We know that there is research into the natural agents that have shown promise in combating pain related disorders. There are clinical studies that have been conducted that have shown consistently, that diet influences inflammation. It is vital to understand this connection before resorting to pharmaceuticals. Real-life applications point to the life saving ability of nutrients, and health robbing ability of drugs. Prescriptions are not protective; they are potent suppressors of symptoms, where a change of lifestyle has solid documentation for providing life-saving benefits without harmful side effects.
