Is The Doctor In?

Is the doctor in, I think not. Private practice has changed over the years. Now, it seems to be at an all time low. The yearly exam which all insurance companies seem to want you to get has become nothing more then a referral system. The doctor has become the pez machine of the pharmaceutical companies.

The Exam

The exam most people go for each year can be done as well at a CVS. To obtain weight, blood pressure, heart rate and temperature reading you may have to wait two hours. The stethoscope is use for all of 2 minutes.

Many people have a scale and blood pressure cuff that also measures heart rate at home. Many know what the numbers mean, and really don’t have to wait hours see them. Some of the time is used on an appointment is for to share any troubling symptoms. From that you will probably get some referrals for additional tests. Then the staff or doctor will suggest you take your yearly flu shot and check if you are up-to-date on some vaccines.

This is not supposed to be urgent care, but preventive. The troubling part is it like being on a merry-go-round that goes in an endless circle. It is a round of tests, vaccines, and medication that keeps you spinning without a safe landing. Treating symptoms by catching a condition early keeps you depending on tablets, capsules or powders. To get healthy is your choice; the optimal ranges of glucose, blood pressure, cholesterol aren’t in a pill.

Lifestyle

What people need a lifestyle make over, which will eliminate most of their troubling symptoms. As we assert control over our lives the doctor will be within us. That is the way to protect your body the leading cause of decline is to keep clear of pharmaceutical mindset.

To protect our health it is urgent that we obtain the latest information on defensive and offensive ways of living. What has happened is the doctor is out and a hands on approach from him is going down the drain. The motto seems to be send the patient on to every specialist, who in turn can use all diagnostic tools at his disposal. Then give the patient an amply supply of drugs to address the possible condition.

What the current breed of doctor don’t seem to realize is the latest pharmaceutical formula doesn’t address the cause, just the symptom. Being compliant will not overhaul your health. It may help manage symptoms until you overhaul your life.

Interesting Take on The Way Many Doctor’s Think

Health Care in America doesn’t Support Health

Health care in America doesn’t support health. Health care has adopted a very clear way of delivering wellness. It bypasses Mother Nature and goes to work interfering with natural healing.

Scary Health Care

There is an updated joint guideline by the American Society of Hematology (ASH) and the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) about the appropriate use of erythropiesis- stimulating agents (ESAs), a class of drugs that stimulate the bone marrow to produce more red blood cells, to treat cancer patients with chemotherapy-induced anemia. While the guideline cautions that ESAs are associated with shorter survival and increased risk of thromboembolism-blood clots-and tumor progression, it also recognizes their major benefit of reducing the need for red blood cell transfusions, which can potentially cause serious infections and adverse reactions in the immune system.

Enough said lets try something different, which will make a substantial impact on the condition. It is becoming increasingly clear that the battle is being fought on the wrong front, with the wrong weapons, and the wrong idea of what the enemy looks like.

What medicine does is try to reinvent the wheel. They are engaging a battle with a condition they don’t even understand. Without the answers to a few basic questions you can’t actually expect to come up with productive solutions. Healing is not a matter of going to war, but identifying and rectifying a condition. You have to support the immune system not destroy it.

It seems like the health care industry is on autopilot, they aren’t transformers of health, but Kamikazes. They are bent on destruction of a tumor at any costs, to the point of putting the patient in great jeopardy.

Healing is an Amazing Journey

What you do right now makes tomorrow. Most health problems are what you did before. Understanding this simple concept eludes the medical community.

To feel better now you have to be and act better now. Instead of trying to kill the messenger, you balance your body back to health.

What the medical profession doesn’t strive for is giving you the best quality and quantity of life. They don’t know how to. What you inhale, ingest, and absorb are every bit a part of the picture.

The common co-defendants are what is on your dinner plate, prescriptions, air pollution, stress level, and chemical exposure. So chemo isn’t detoxification it is a powerful response to a weaken condition. Now it will add discomfort, constipation, depression, memory loss, nausea, hair loss, and a host of other problems. Long lasting health, vitality and stamina are not a chemo formula away.

Breast-Giving Them a Healthy Boost

Breast-giving them a healthy boost means preserving them not changing them. Automatically most people assume that a boost in their appearance comes from either surgery, or some uplifting undergarment. Smarter is to try to keep them and not turn them over to special-interest groups, which see them as a cash cow. Most medical professionals can’t do squat about really making them healthy.

They can remove them, radiate, and chemo you, but that doesn’t give you breast health. They are part of a whole system, and depend on a healthy environment to keep them in shape. There are better ideas, and solutions that seem to elude the medical establishment.

Breast Health Initiatives

Breast health initiatives have to be more than a whirlwind of doctors, digital pictures, cat scans, and operations. We have to changeover from a rigged robotic assembly line approach to a more humane and productive way of handling breasts.

When one realizes the significant mismanagement of their care, we realize we are fitting a round object into a square cube. It doesn’t fit; it is trimming parts off of real people without examining the toll that takes. First choice is to leave the packaging as intact as possible.

How do you do that?  Yes, it is a tough choice for people not to run to what they see as a solid supplier of FDA accepted approaches. What the crucial question should be: is this all there is. The war on cancer has been going on for over 50 years. It looks more like a war on your breasts; in that case the real winner is the pharmaceutical companies.  The first response for most people is an emotional one and that gives you insufficient data.

Off with the breast should be out of an Alice in Wonderland story, not a real life drama. We are not saying this approach is beyond redemption. But, the speed it is done without understanding how seamlessly the breast is integrated with the rest of the body’s functions. Lymph glands are there for a reason. They are a reliable defense agent, which has a specific job. Remove them and you lose the controllers at the helm.

Breast Support

Breast support comes from nutrition, physical activity, maintaining a healthy weight, and an overall healthy lifestyle. The best boost for your breast is staying healthy. The real question is what you do when the cow left the barn. The human body can fight for you and win the battle. You have to take responsibility for the materials you supply it with. You got the power, but usually not the strategy.

It is time to embrace a new kind of thinking, and not let things go too fast. Whatever, you do you need to put nature to work; she is on your side. You need to know that every step of the way you are in charge. So even if you decide you want a medical solution, you better have an understanding of what suits your needs.
