Pain Management

Pain management is a diet related issue. Since we are talking about pain and not fat, you probably are wondering how this would apply. Well this is why we make a case for correcting how you perceive pain management. When you are having pain you usually are having an inflammation response to some hidden culprit that is exacerbating the condition. When your body is out of balance inflammation is rampant and a whole host of responses happen when you introduce an offending food.

Sugar

Sugar alone is responsible for an inflammatory response, and will quickly add to environment that causes a chronic, smoldering response that will bring about pain. Claims about the relationship of a food and the risk of a reaction usually mean to most people a food allergy. However, to an alternative practitioner food is looked at as a prescription for either a way to improve, or a way to add waste products that cause pain.

Acidic Waste

Paying attention to pain mean looking at it as a warning system that something is wrong. It is telling you what you are putting into your system a fuel that is not being used as energy, but being stored as acidic wastes. Most people think of food as just food, not a substance that can  lead to discomfort and pain.

Chronic Pain

Chronic pain rehab consists of many things, which will be good to strengthen the muscles, ligaments, and proper function of all systems. With that there has to be diet accountability, because that is the fuel that will propel the muscles and cool down the inflammation response. One bite can’t hurt you, reminds me of the advice to have everything in moderation. The problem is that on the list of all things in moderation you will find some substances that are toxic to your nervous system, and literally used to clean rust, and as rat poison. Yes, that is in our food supply, and believe it or not it is in substances considered treats.

That means it is what we lovely indulge our children with, and give to people who are not allowed sugar because of insulin resistance. They are chemical concoctions that are prevalent in our food supply. Many times sugar substitutes are recommended in diet plans, this is not wise, here is where one bite can’t hurt, proves to be false.
