Inflammatory process

Inflammation

Inflammation is tied to pain. Swelling, redness, and heat they are signs of the inflammatory process. Chronic low-grade inflammation has been implicated in systemic chronic conditions such as gingivitis, periodontal disease, coronary heart disease, arthritis, and a host of other conditions. Weight problems are also associated with inflammation. When your house is on fire you put it out. You don’t want to just suppress the fire, so it can flair up as soon as you turn off the water hose. When you stop a prescription the pain returns.

Toxins

Toxins stored in your body produce inflammation.

Accumulating excess fat is toxic to your system, it is more than the effects of overeating. Fat is accumulating toxins, which are powerful disruptor of your bio-chemical and energetic make-up. It will cause insulin resistance, and the implications of this are painful complications.

You have an inflammation problem brought on by toxins, and/or higher blood sugar. They both feeds the fire within. Poor eating habits are to blame, which is why you feel burned out. This occurs when the pancreatic insulin producing capacity is not working properly.

Disease and pain prevention begins in the mouth; you can tame the flames by introducing a supper class of nutrients, which are lacking in today’s diet.

Lifestyle

For all intents and purposes pain is the direct result of lifestyle choices, meaning chronic discomfort is from a poorly functioning or sluggish system. A breakthrough in pain management may be to achieve a healthy body, through nutrition, stress control, and exercise. The bioavailability components of a healthy diet contain Omega 3’s, and powerful nutrients. Eating your way to a pain free existence means elimination the deadly compounds found in our food source.

Nutrition

Nutrition counts when it comes to ulcers, gall stones, kidney stones, gout, which are not always consider chronic painful conditions. They are never-the-less the price we play for the profound effect that a faulty diet plays in our health. Conventional medicine insists on seeing these as conditions that benefit from a manufactured substance. There are varying degrees of effectiveness when using pharmaceuticals to put out the fire. For thousands of years our food source has served us, now that we have modified the soil, seeds, and chemical make up of our food we are suffering the repercussions.

Our plant and protein sources have been altered, and the most common cause of our chronic ill health and discomfit are from the actions of the mighty food, and drug companies that are making commercial products for our consumption. By reducing the underlying cause, you both prevent inflammation and reduce your waistline. Inflammation and the fire within will then be extinguished.

Diet Related Cause of Pain

Diet related causes of pain are often overlooked. Diet has the distinction of being one of the least understood causes of disease, by the medical profession. Food is perceived as anything you can shove down your throat without backing up. The other misconception is that you can do this for a lifetime, from infancy to old age.

Food categories, such as those on the food charts are usually useless. The problem is that the food charts are considered authoritative, trusted, comprehensive lists with what is considered critical and indispensable information. It has influential our diet choices, while at the same time it is not credible advice; it is based on bias information. To just about anyone in the health and wellness field, the guild is not the most comprehensive evaluation of our nutritional needs. The chart is not stand alone material; it has not helped the population achieve any amazing degree of health.

The information that is gives is very general and based on the standard American diet, which is lacking in essential nutrients. The food chart is recognized by Americans as the official recommendations of the U.S. Department of Agriculture and supported by the Department of Health and Human Services. It needs to be systematically overhauled. These are the Dietary Guidelines for Americans, a country that provides poor dietary choices for the population.

This debate is one of the most significant, in our culture today. The information that is circulating impairs our understanding of the connection between health, performance, cognitive ability, aging, chronic conditions, and all health related conditions. We are conditioned to think that the standard medical protocol for treating any impairment is the best that there is. Just like our dietary choices can be dangerous to our health so can the immune-suppressing properties of our pharmaceuticals.

The diet related cause of pain is two parts; the first is it can set us up for chronic health conditions from joint problems, arthritis, diabetes, gum and tooth problems, and cardiovascular. Every one of these conditions can cause discomfort and pain. This is without naming auto-immune conditions that come with their own set of problems. The second part to the equation is that our diet causes an inflammatory response, which is what causes the discomfort or pain. It is a know fact that people may have herniated disks without pain, while others are in agony.

We know that there is research into the natural agents that have shown promise in combating pain related disorders. There are clinical studies that have been conducted that have shown consistently, that diet influences inflammation. It is vital to understand this connection before resorting to pharmaceuticals. Real-life applications point to the life saving ability of nutrients, and health robbing ability of drugs. Prescriptions are not protective; they are potent suppressors of symptoms, where a change of lifestyle has solid documentation for providing life-saving benefits without harmful side effects.

Chronic Pain

Chronic pain exacerbates fatigue, anxiety, and depression. Also, it has the ability to block any opportunity for joy, and ensures that you have a limited range of motion. It is an impassable roadblock to meeting challenges with energy and eagerness. The loss in time spent dealing with the discomfort; not counting the lost sleep makes this problem unlike many others. The mechanism of pain is not fully understood, sure you feel it, but where is it coming from.

People who with chronic pain try sometimes an endless array of surgeries, medications, and various other treatments without always receiving  relief.  Pain affects the quality of life.  Chronic pain is usually thought of as a condition that lasts longer than six months. It is understandable that chronic pain is a challenging condition, since it is tied to many different disorders. These range from orthopedic problems, arthritis, injury, neuromuscular, headaches, back problems, and a host of illness related problems.

Chronic Pain programs include everything from physical rehabilitation, physical therapy such as aquatics, occupation therapy, biofeedback, psychological treatment. These are some of the main treatments offered at allopathic facilities. Alternative treatments may include acupuncture, chiropractic, and guided imagery, glucosamine for joint pain, meditation, yoga, hypnosis, and nutrition.

Lower levels of vitamin D in the body are associated with higher levels of pain. Omega-3 fatty acid is used for its anti-inflammatory properties. One nutritional supplement that has been receiving much attention is MSM (methyl sulfonylurea methane). MSM, which can be found in fresh fruits and vegetables, milk, fish, and grains, is destroyed when foods are processed; if your diet is made up of a lot of processed foods, you may be low in MSM levels.

If you are low in the nutrients your body needs to perform well, your pain will simply not resolve without addressing these issues. Vitamin B1, B6, and B12; zinc; and antioxidants are essential for healing nerve pain. Muscle pain, responds to magnesium, B vitamins, antioxidants, zinc, iodine, selenium and malic acid. This makes perfect sense, since a lot of chronic conditions are coming from a lack of certain nutrients. Nutrition is the building block of our body, and all of its functions are dependent on it.
