The next food for healthy body that is actually barely useful is the soy milk. Soy milk is good since it is gluten-free and is made not of animal products, which vegans would be a huge fan. The downsides of soy milk, however, negate its beneficial effects. It is known to act as an endocrine disruptor (things that can or potentially be able to mess up with the hormones inside the human body), so people who suffer from hormonal issues should stay away from this drink. Besides, most soy milk in the market contains a towering amount of sugar, increasing the risk to contract diabetes. Also, soy milk has been known to cause bloating.
Granola, which is composed of nuts, grains, and oats, has been always promoted as a healthy alternative to other mainstream cereals. If made with a healthy standard, the granola tastes like oatmeal.
